Today, as a result of the market crash in 2008, there are many “short sales”, REO’s, and bank foreclosures in the market. Buying and selling these properties has been difficult for most clients.

In addition to holding the distinctions of Broker and Realtor, I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, CDPE. My specialized training and experience in this area has helped my clients to buy these properties at a reduced price or work with lenders to help save client’s credit and avoid foreclosure. (CDPE’s have an 85% success rate of closing “short sales” compared to 21% of agent who are not CDPE’s.
